THE KAAMIO PLATFORM, INCLUDING BOTH THE CUSTOMER APP AND THE PARTNER APP, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. KAAMIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
• THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE;
• THE QUALITY OF ANY SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS;
• ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS IN THE PLATFORM WILL BE CORRECTED.

YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ITS SERVICES IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

2. Service Availability Disclaimer

KAAMIO MAKES NO GUARANTEE, REPRESENTATION, OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES, PARTNERS, OR THE PLATFORM ITSELF. SPECIFICALLY:

• Kaamio does not guarantee that a Partner will be available in your area at any given time or for any given service category;
• Kaamio does not guarantee that a service request will be accepted by any Partner;
• Kaamio does not guarantee that the Platform will be available 24/7 or that there will be no downtime, outages, or interruptions;
• Kaamio does not guarantee any minimum response time for service requests or customer support queries;
• Kaamio does not guarantee that the Platform will be compatible with all devices, operating systems, or network configurations;
• Kaamio does not guarantee any minimum earnings, revenue, or number of bookings for Partners;
• Kaamio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform, including the availability of any service category, feature, or functionality, at any time without prior notice or liability.

ANY SERVICE ESTIMATES, WAIT TIMES, OR AVAILABILITY INDICATORS DISPLAYED ON THE PLATFORM ARE APPROXIMATE, NON-BINDING, AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

3. Safety Disclaimer

KAAMIO IS A TECHNOLOGY INTERMEDIARY AND DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY HOME SERVICES ITSELF. ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE PERFORMED BY INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS WHO ARE NOT EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES OF KAAMIO.

WHILE KAAMIO CONDUCTS KYC VERIFICATION AND, WHERE FEASIBLE, BACKGROUND CHECKS ON PARTNERS, KAAMIO CANNOT AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE SAFETY, TRUSTWORTHINESS, COMPETENCE, OR CRIMINAL-FREE STATUS OF ANY PARTNER. KAAMIO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR:

• Any personal injury, death, or harm caused to Customers, their family members, or other persons present at the service location by a Partner or arising from the services provided by a Partner;
• Any theft, loss, damage, or destruction of property belonging to Customers or any third party caused by a Partner or occurring during or in connection with the provision of services;
• Any form of harassment, assault, abuse, or intimidation by a Partner towards a Customer or any other person;
• Any accident, mishap, or injury that may occur during the course of service provision, including but not limited to electrical accidents, water damage, falls, or chemical exposure;
• The professional competence, licensing, or qualification of any Partner.

CUSTOMERS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO EXERCISE THEIR OWN JUDGMENT AND TAKE ALL NECESSARY SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WHEN ENGAGING SERVICES THROUGH THE PLATFORM. PARTNERS ARE SIMILARLY ADVISED TO TAKE ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY WHILE PROVIDING SERVICES.

4. Insurance Disclaimer

KAAMIO DOES NOT PROVIDE, ARRANGE, OR FACILITATE ANY INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR CUSTOMERS OR PARTNERS. NEITHER KAAMIO NOR ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS CARRY OR PROVIDE ANY INSURANCE COVERING:

• Property damage occurring during or as a result of services provided through the Platform;
• Personal injury or death of Customers, Partners, or any third party;
• Professional errors, omissions, or negligence by Partners;
• Theft or loss of personal property;
• Workers' compensation for Partners or their employees;
• Any other form of loss, liability, or expense arising from the use of the Platform or the provision or receipt of services thereon.

PARTNERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ADEQUATE INSURANCE FOR THEIR BUSINESS ACTIVITIES. CUSTOMERS ARE ADVISED TO VERIFY THEIR EXISTING INSURANCE COVERAGE AND OBTAIN ADDITIONAL COVERAGE IF NECESSARY BEFORE ENGAGING SERVICES THROUGH THE PLATFORM. KAAMIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY UNINSURED LOSSES INCURRED BY ANY PARTY.

5. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

The Platform integrates with and relies upon third-party services including but not limited to: payment processing (Razorpay), cloud infrastructure and database services (Supabase), mapping and location services (Google Maps), and communication services. Kaamio does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, performance, or security of these third-party services. Any disruption, error, or failure of a third-party service that affects the Platform's functionality is beyond Kaamio's control, and Kaamio shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising therefrom. Your use of third-party services is governed by the respective terms and conditions and privacy policies of those service providers.
